5. Limitation of Liability

6. Refund and Replacement Policy
If your visa application is refused solely due to our documented error or oversight, we may offer one complimentary reapplication within seven days of refusal. This does not cover refusals from false information, failure to comply with embassy instructions, or changes in law.
